Marcus Monteiro, Esq. is a founding member of Monteiro & Fishman LLP. Prior to starting Monteiro & Fishman LLP in 2009, Mr. Monteiro was a litigator at a national law firm in downtown Manhattan.
Mr. Fishman heads the Firm’s immigration department and currently represents clients before the Immigration Court, the USCIS, the BIA and other government entities in all aspects of immigration law.
Nathalia Castillo has been with Monteiro & Fishman, LLP since 2009. She is a licensed Paralegal and Notary Public and the Firm’s office manager.
Katalina Davila has been with Monteiro & Fishman, LLP since 2012 as a legal assistant.
Evelyn Sanchez joined Monteiro & Fishman, LLP as a paralegal – focused exclusively on the Firm’s immigration clients.
